This site is operated for XTRAVAGANZA — A New Musical, a production of 1000% Productions and Broadway Music Group.
The only personal information we collect is what you give us when you join the mailing list: your email address, and optionally your name, country, postal code, and which updates you want (show news, news from the producers). Signup uses double opt-in: we only keep your address on the list after you click the confirmation link we email you.
Like most websites, our infrastructure also processes technical data (IP address, user-agent) in server logs and security systems to keep the site online and abuse-free.
To send you the updates you asked for, and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Your data is handled by the service providers that run this site: Resend (email delivery), our hosting and database provider, and Cloudflare (network, security, and privacy-first analytics). Each processes data on our behalf to provide the service.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
We keep your signup information while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe (every email we send includes the link), we stop emailing you immediately and keep a record of your address and your choice, so you stay unsubscribed even if someone re-enters your address later.
